\u003cli\u003eResponsible and accountable for answering reference questions received from the KM Reference Service Desk providing the firm and the client with accurate information while providing the best value in a thorough and timely and manner. Questions could include gathering survey information, requests to update legislative tracking, requests for SME information, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for maintaining a through in depth knowledge and understanding of all of KM\u0027s resources in order to be able to quickly and accurately respond to requests. \u003cli\u003eExcellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis in email communication.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to conduct brief and accurate reference interviews.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProficient in online legal and non-legal research tools such as West, Lexis, Bloomberg, PACER, Courtlink, BNA, CCH, Hoovers, LRI, etc. The ability to utilize the correct tool for the correct question while providing the best value to the client and firm for complex research requests.\u003c/li\u003e
